Hack of the Week No.1

The great thing about our mini-projects is that you can mix and match the models or add in your own.

Our weekly mini-project hack uses models from 4 different projects!

We simulated a bit of v-carving for the final touch!

Have you hacked a mini-project?  Email us a screenshot of the layout or an image of the finished piece and spread the inspiration!

Have fun, be safe and let the chips fly!!!!

Ray Webster you are "Weekend CNC Warrior" approved!

It's been a little bit since we posted some work from a CNCminiProjects user and without a doubt we are blown away again!!!

Ray Webster submitted this a while back and we were waiting for the perfect time to post his work...  With spring in the air, it's time!

Ray Webster - loonie.JPG

Ray purchased the Loonie Cottage Sign mini-project and created this super cottage sign.

"I made it out of flat sliced birch. The numbers were cut after the roughing pass, then painted before the finishing. It has 3 coats of shellac as a finish.

I cut it with a home built CNC of my design based on the Jgro. I used Aspire to put all your files together."

Ray also took the time to send us a wonderful piece he created using the Rose Tile No.1 mini-project.  His attention to detail is amazing and finish work is over the top!!!
